It's that time of the month again and I here are my
photos for Mays' scavenger hunt.
PATRIOTIC
The changing of the guard at Windsor castle last summer
It is such an great spectacle I was sure nobody would mind
that it is a few months ago.
LINES
This reminded me of the nursery rhyme
" Two little dickie birds"
SKYLINE
I love this view over the bright stripes of Norwich Market to
the Norman castle.
MAP
The tourist street map of Norwich
BROKEN
Sadly this is my summer house which we are repairing
CONSTRUCTION
This is the construction site down the road from us.
FOUR
East Runton Gardens four pillars.
DOOR
This door is very small and is in the side of our Church.
Shame about the graffiti.
AQUA
I struggled with this one and eventually settled on
this.
FLAG
The Norfolk flag
KEYS
This is my key cupboard
I prefer the outside view.
WASHING
Some vintage fabric that had just been washed
( I kept forgetting to
take the photo on a nice day)
Well that my offering and I can't wait for next months as
we are going on holiday so have lots to look for while we are away.
I will speak to you before we go away so have a great
weekend and thanks for dropping by.

ReplyDeleteGreat interpretations - love the four columns and the washing.
ReplyDeleteGill..your photo of the 4 pillars into the garden is stunning! Love the birds on a wire, skyline, and your washing. Such fun to see the results from all over the world... Can't wait for June. Have a lovely holiday! Susan
ReplyDeleteI like your lines and 4. We had the same thoughts on a few of the words and I struggled with Aqua too. x
ReplyDeleteI also like the lines photo, wish it was bigger though to be able to see it more clearly...

Lovely dickie birds!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos! I have never seen the changing of the guards even though I have been to London loads of times, I think it is because the cheap day return train ticket gets you there too late!
ReplyDeleteLove the symmetry of 4.
ReplyDeleteHi Rosie Dosie! I enjoyed your photos so much! You live in such a different part of the world from me. I enjoy the sense of history and tradition! Loved you little dickie birds! :>
ReplyDeleteGreat set of photos, we both have a Waitrose connection! I really like the four photo. x
ReplyDeleteWhat a great set of photos. I really like 4 and your broken summer house, 2 little dickie birds made me smile :)
ReplyDeleteGreat photos, I love 4.
ReplyDeleteWell done, I only managed half of the clues this month. I agree with you, what a shame about the graffiti on that beautiful church door.
